Dear Friends of Dream Aawas,
We are happy to share with you the news that your Dream Aawas Project has won the CREDAI E&Y TOI award for the Best Residential Project in the affordable segment (above 1acre mixed use development). This was the first time that such an award ceremony was conceptualised and organised in Nagpur. Many Congratulations to all.
We were invited by CREDAI to participate in this event in June, 2022. Thereafter rounds of assessment were held by CREDAI and Ernst & Young (EY were the “auditors” who were given the exclusive authority to assess projects and then decide the winners along with the jury). A team of EY from Mumbai visited our Project on July 23rd without any pre-information and checked the development, facilities, amenities and records. This competition was open to all those projects that had received their OC on time and had completed the development as per the laid down guidelines of NMRDA and Government of Maharashtra including MAHARERA.
On August 12, 2022, in a glittering function at Hotel Centre Point, attended by the who’s who of Real Estate and related fields, we were declared winners and were awarded a crystal trophy and certificate by none other than Shri Nitin Gadkari Ji himself, the most dynamic and energetic Minister that India has had in recent times. (see pictures attached). Your best wishes, cooperation and unconditional support has helped us win this. This trophy and honour is a reflection of your trust and faith that you all have put in us. We were always motivated to give our best because we knew that you all were at our back as pillars of support. The confidence that you all had in us has borne fruit today and in fact it is you who are the actual “Haqdaar” of this honour. This belongs to you and we take pride in presenting it to you all. What we dreamt at the start has now become a reality!
